We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return
Email us at usmanakramcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
